Best Bread Machines for White Bread

it worked for about a year, and only when making one recipe - basic white bread.

for my first project, i tried the basic white bread recipe that came with the machine and it was very good (and low in fat; always a plus).

we wanted to experiment with making red bean paste swirled in white bread, but haven't had much luck.

my breadmaker came with a large white label on the right side (not shown in the advertising) that provides a recipe and instructions for making basic white bread.

it was very thin and did not have the white bread recipe we liked, so we use the other book we had forgot to pack on return.

that first cycle was very strong-smelling, and still noticable as a scent when i baked my first loaf (a boxed mix of krusteez white bread - worked like a charm), but had no apparent effect on the

you can get around this by either using the regular white bread cycle, which takes longer, but the bread comes out fine or to program your own cycle.

when you set the cycle you want for a loaf, don't expect to see words like "white bread" - you get only the amount of time it takes to run the full cycle.

i borrowed a white bread recipe from someone online and adapted it slightly, and it is always perfect.

i bought the bread lover's bread machine cookbook too (a must have) and have made the buttermilk maple white bread and now a honey wheat loaf too.
