Best Bread Machines for Knife

If you do not have a good bread knife,I would purchase that, too.

pretty much ever, (well, that henkels Santoku knife is used on the daily for about 5 years now, so add that to best purchases ever for full disclosure's sake(and it cost as much as this machine)(oooh nested parenthetical references!)).

As for slicing, I use an electric knife and slice from top to bottom to get about 10 really nice, tall slices.

I seem to have a difficult time taking it straight out without having to get a knife to release it from the side holders and when I put it in I don't hear a snap.
