Best Bread Machines for Book

i have a wonderful book of bread recipes that i got several years ago entitled the ultimate bread machine cookbook by tom lacalmita, 1993.

i strongly recommend following the recipes in the book exactly until you are comfortable with the bread making process.

it's small enough so we have have it on the kitchen table, and i've tried a number of the recipes in the booklet that came with it.

we had to buy a supplemental book to go with, but well worth it.

we are finding that with the small book that came with the maker has a few ways to make bread is the best way to go, buy the bread flour,yeast and what ever else you need and have fun with it.

i noticed that there is not a 2lb setting option (only 1.5lb) for the gluten free loaf (even though in the instruction book it says there is).

i have made virtually all of the bread recipes in the book and they all turned out perfectly.

i use recipes from this book every time i bake bread, and they always come out beautifully.

the recipes in the book are good.i don't find the instructions hard to read -on the contrary, they are very clear and simple.i was concerned before i received the machine it might be high tech and

i've made both recipes from the product booklet and adapted a few from some favorite family recipes.

this bread maker comes with a wonderful receipe book.

i just love my new cuisinart convection bread maker...i just wish there were more recipes in the recipe book...i have found a web site for bread makers though and that has helped..i would recommend

she told me she was following one of the recipes for pizza dough which is in the book that comes with it.i sure hope they will give her another breadmaker free of charge!

so far i have made about half a dozen loaves from the recipe book that it comes with, and they all turned out great.

the recipe book that comes with it was pretty boring, but i found a ton on-line and i have had so much fun already and can't wait to try my hand at more!

the instruction book has so many different types of bread to make and even makes jam, which i have yet to try making.

the recipes in the accompanying book are unnecessarily complicated, at times calling for too many ingredients.

the book does not say anything about that cycle.
