the first is that i have to bake every loaf on light crust for it not to be too hard and i always take it immediately out of the pan once the baking process ends otherwise it would be way overdone.

if i'm not around to take the bread out a few minutes before the end of the baking cycle, the loaf is dry, no matter what crust setting i choose.

made 5 loaves of bread, none came out ok all not cooked inside --all burnt hard crust outside --very strong motor --directions not complete -would not recommend 1650 watts way too hot for breadmaking
