What's great about it:?I like the various setup for making different items What's not so great:?grease gets on bread and have to throw it away. "called breadman customer sevice about the grease they said it will quit in time, mean while I have to keep throwing out bread I will make 3 more loafs and return it if it doesnt fix it. he said they have had the problem with others and they dont replace the pan as it is no longer availible. from Bestbuy.com However, no other bread machine can compare in my book, so I bought another. It does even more (low carb, etc.), but I must admit that the fit, finish and readability of the buttons are not as good as the previous model. Overall, though, the Breadman is a must-have. Just use it for 10 delicious homemade pizzas and it's paid for! from Walmart.com The end product was great, but whenever the bread was kneading, the basket would come out of place and stop the process.
