The speaker in my wristwatch has better audio sound quality than this boombox. The maximum sound level is very poor. SD cards are dirt cheap and play faster than CD's. The sound is as you would expect from a product at this price. from Amazon.com This is all very annoying, and seems to necessitate that you have a flash drive entirely devoted to meticulously organized music in order to have it play on this device properly. There are only two positive things I can say about this device, hence the two stars: it does indeed provide decent folder navigation, although as previously stated, it is very bad at reading folders if there is any complex information on the drive, such as folders within folders or MP3 files outside the folders. It also is excellent at reading MP3-CDs. It requires about a ten second startup, but after that, no matter how large the CD, it processes everything very quickly. from Amazon.com
