I purchased this scale to monitor the "decrease" in my body fat, but was also looking for a scale with body water monitor feature. My body retains a good deal of fluids and I was interested in this feature so I don't panic each time I see the scale creep up a few pounds. from Amazon.com I looked into purchasing a similar scale several years ago, but I couldn't justify the cost then ($300-$500). It tracks weight, body fat, muscle, visceral fat and what age it thinks your body is (as opposed to pure biological age).
