it has been able to measure my weight increases and decreases (not enough of those!) as well as my body fat % with very precise measurements. from Amazon.com this is a great product easy to use and follow directions gives lots of info. from Amazon.com however it supposed to be programmable to calculate and display bmi and hold history for several users. from Amazon.com i have taken it to my aerobics class and am sharing it with friends. from Amazon.com it is easy to use and appears to be quite accurate. from Amazon.com it's very accurate, 100% with my dr's scale! from Amazon.com i have also thought it to be very accurate each time i weigh. from Amazon.com also, it may read a different weight at different times of the day because it is accurate. from Amazon.com but i have found that it is consistant, so you can still track your weight loss with accuracy. from Amazon.com fat & water content vary little, despite large weight loss --question, but can't prove the accuracy; weight, however is right on!!---low price! from Amazon.com
