i think for some product such as a bp measuring machine it's best to stick to the usual - one that measures bp at the arm as opposed to wrist and fingers ..

putting on the cuff is simple as it is already arm shaped and getting it in the right spot (1" above elbow with blue stripe lined up with middle finger) is a cinch.
