Although this product came with outdated software for the computer, customer service people at Microlife helped me download the new software. That allows you to print your readings. from Amazon.com It's a comfortable well-designed meter. The strong point is not the meter itself but the graphing software that downloads data quickly and provides useful graphs and histograms. A word of caution though: I owned an earlier microlife meter with what I consider a misdesigned USB slot that broke within a few months of purchase. Microlife seems to have learned from this earlier meter for the USB connecter is better placed. from Amazon.com This still would not work with my Vista based system. When I told the technician the specifics of the problem, he said others had experienced the same thing and there isn't any solution. So while I was looking forward to taking printed results to my doctor, I am now disappointed that I will have to wait for Microlife to come up with a solution. from Amazon.com After having a heart attack was told to check pressure 3 times a week.
