I had to return the first unit because neither of the supplied cuffs (small, to 12" and large) would inflate. The replacement unit inflated both cuffs correctly. Our family has been using and storing readings in the unit for several weeks now; but I had an interesting experience with the unit yesterday. We had a power outage yesterday that lasted about 14 hours. from Amazon.com I got this for my mother who is hard of seeing. This one has large digits and she can get by. from Amazon.com I got this on sale and it had a bunch of cool features like memory and the option to upload data to your PC so it seemed great. For the first few weeks this appeared to work correctly giving me readings around 120/80, but lately I have been getting highly suspect readings (140/100 then 110/40 back to back) and now I can't trust any of the readings. from Amazon.com I haven't had any problems with this item - worked great right out of the box!
