My doctor said to get an Omron and I subsequently did. Also at Costco - $[...] It is perfect. Re Microlife - very hard to get the cuff on as they want you to wear it. The only thing I don't like is the fact that, sometimes, when I return it to the case and close the top with the zipper, it gets turned on from the pressure of closing it.
