I purchased this product to use during my excercise at the gym. I was disappointed to discover that it will not monitor my Bp constantly. I had to stop my exercise, raise my arm up to heart level, stand still and wait for it to do its thing. from Amazon.com My husband has large wrists and after receiving a very high reading, he went to the doctor. However, my experience has been that the bp readings are pretty inconsistent, and I think the diastolic reading is high compared to the reading I get from my arm cuff. from Amazon.com I've found the accuracy to be poor. Because you take the readings from your wrist, the placement of your wrist has to be perfectly aligned with your heart - and it must be that way consistently to get comparative readings.
