*** UPDATE *** : After our third attempt with customer service they were willing to send us a small cuff to correct the issue. Although we received a cuff that works I wouldn't count on that happening again so your better off ordering a different monitor or also ordering a small cuff at the same time if 9.4" is too big for you. from Amazon.com This monitor is very easy to use.
