Best Blenders for Whipping

i would recommed this product to anyone who wants a small and compact tool for blending, grating, and whipping products togher.

whipping up deserts, eggs for omlets, mixing batter or pudding all takes seconds.

and has been perfect for whipping up baby food, shakes and sauces.

i like waking up in the morning, cracking a couple eggs into it, some cheese, some half & half, and whipping it up...couple minutes later, great omelette.

although the whisk seems flimsy, i use it a lot to whisk up heavy whipping cream.

i received the cuisinart smart stick hand blender with whipping and chopping attachments for christmas, two christmases ago (xmas '07).

the whisk works well--almost too well, as the attachment jumps up to speed so quickly, i've managed to spatter a bit of whipping cream almost every time.

about the only thing i found it good for was whipping cream - and i had to be really careful or it would splatter everywhere.
