i love that i can get more nutrition with this blender than a juicer because it keeps in all the healthy fiber!

i purchased mine for the purpose of making green smoothies (as described in the book green for life), and it does a wonderful job blending all sort of greens and celery to make very nutritious and
no lumps of ice or friut or nuts...just smooth, healthy goodness.
