every morning, i blend bananas, protein shake mix and ice cubes.
i usually keep frozen bananas in my freezer to play the additional role of ice.
for a cup of smoothies, easy to use, blending frozen strawberry, blueberry and bananas perfectly, and easy to wash!!!
i also use bananas when i have them.
