works well mixing for cake and pancake batters.

i love the whisk attachmend for quick mixing of eggs, pancake batter, even crepe batter so the dough does not get tough.

i have used the whipping attachment in bowls to whip whipped cream and to whip egg whites to be folded into cake batters or for meringues.

cons: i wish it was battery powered.

but it is wonderful for soups, beverages, sauces, & batters.
