I purchased Bolle sunglasses, a producto of Bushnell, and tried to have them fixed only to discover that the website instructs mailing the product that needs work, waiting a few weeks, a technician looks at it and then maybe it is covered under warranty. No other contact information is available(that i could find). from Amazon.com I was sharing them throughout the whole performance, and I did not have any problem at all with the focus; they were in focus all the time. I did not know much about binoculars, so I did some research online before buying. I found out Bushnell was a very reliable brand, and the price of these on Amazon is just great ($19.99 while I am writing this review). I wear glasses, so I have to take them off to use them properly; but that is just fine with me. from Amazon.com A gift for my 10-year old birdwatching granddaughter. She was delighted. I would have preferred a lower magnification; 12x is too much for extended viewing, and 6x or 8x more generally usable.
