i am thin but have a long torso so i love the fact that i can adjust the shoulder strap length and the waist strap length independently (unlike the original and the air).

it's probobly not a great one if you're super short torso'd cause the baby carrier is "tall" but def with it if you're worried about your back.

also, it doesn't have quite as much padded support in the front as the bjorn, so i find myself needing to hold my baby's hands or torso to help him keep his head up when he gets tired.

i've seen a ton of slings that hang across the torso on a strap, and/or hang down to the waist or lower - don't get one of those!
