and as far as comfort for the parent, you need to make adjustments to the torso height, and keep the hip belt tight to keep most of the weight on your hips instead of your shoulders.

i tried the chicco one for 100 bucks and for me, a smaller lady it didnt sit high enough and the belt around the waist wasn't thick and padded enough.
