I've used this sling twice in 11 weeks, though attempted to use it many more times. My son cannot seem to get comfortable, and no matter how I try to follow the instructions and try different positions, he just seems contorted. I do love that the fabric is organic, though! That's why I bought it. from Babycenter.com This sling was really good at putting my little infant asleep, but it made me nervous because I had to make sure her breathing wasn't obstructed. It is good to use when you briefly need two hands though and it's easy to get baby in and out of it. New native is a great brand. from Babycenter.com We loved them. There are also hip carry and back carry positions -- 8 positions in all. Very comfortable -- the stretch cotton is wonderfully soft and in nearly all the positions, you can have the carrier go over both shoulders.
