However, This carrier is only for look good. from Amazon.com I used this carrier type (not exactly the same pattern) until my kid was the limit 25 pounds-- for my little baby that was around 18 months. I loved that she faced in when she was very small so strangers didn't touch her or get in her face, and I liked how easy it was to get her out without waking her up, as opposed to a sling. from Amazon.com
