At the price, this product is just not the quality I had expected. I had problems with the upper buckle within 2 months. The black pointy thing behind the buckle shifted angles and would not go back to its original place. Because of that, every time I put the baby in the carrier, I ran the risk of hurting him with this sharp edge. from Amazon.com I love this carrier. I had a differetn carrier, but it never felt comfy for me and always hurt my back and shoulders. It has a large back panel that extends from mid/upper back down to lower back. Figuring out how to use it the first time you put it on is a little confusing, but once you know how it is easy.
