I've owned so many other mei tais, slings and wraps, and this is by far my favorite! Much sturdier, more durable and supportive than less structured or unpadded mei tais, and a third of the price of my Babyhawk! from Target.com This mei tai is very cheaply made. The straps need more reinforcement where the shoulders attach to the body. from Target.com In theory this mei tai is good b/c it distributes the weight of the child better than some of the other carriers on the mainstream market, but the wide spacing between the straps made it hard to get a good snug fit. Also the straps and body of carrier should be reinforced better. from Target.com I haven't tried this particular mei tai, but I'm so excited to see Target getting carriers that are better for baby's spine and Mom's back! Front carriers always hurt my back and trying to wear them as a back carrier never seemed to work. from Target.com My baby hated the Hotsling (although I loved the style!), and the Baby Bjorn hurts my neck/shoulder after just 5 minutes... This one is comfortable to wear and doesn't hurt me at all, and my baby seems to love it too. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's not quite one-size-fits-all...
