Pros: Inexpensive, Very Effective Cons: You do have to manually pump it The Bottom Line: I'd recommend trying this pump before spending hundreds of dollars on a pump that you may not like as well. Review: I used a double electric pump while at the hospital and the Avent Isis Manual Pump yields just as well for a fraction of the price. from Shopping.com I tried buying all other kinds of pumps but a friend of mine suggested to get the Avent Manual breast pump.
