Classy cabinet...excellent sound...ease of operation. Am familiar with Onkyo, a quality name. I currently own 2 Bose CD radios at home but the CBX-300 came to my office at work. from Amazon.com Got mine for $175 delivered. Real happy with it as noted in my heading. It won't blow your necktie over your shoulder, but the sound fills my big living room with vaulted ceilings. from Amazon.com The sound quality is excellent but I would like more base and a little higher volume. Very easy to cart around as well, you do need electricity, player will not operate on batteries. All in all I am extremely satisfied with this product.
