BY FAR the most silent of all humidifiers. The original Bionaire was quiet like this, since it also used an ultrasonic transducer. Air-O-Swiss claims "No White Dust"... WRONG!!!. from Drugstore.com I purchased this humidifier online from the Air-o-Swiss website. It arrived clearly misassembled and damaged. from Amazon.com I deperately needed a nightime humidifier to help me breathe while I slept. After reading the buyer comments on Amazon, I settled on the Air-O-Swiss 2055. It is by far,the best humidifier I have ever used. from Amazon.com I received this from Bed Bath & Beyond tonight and I just got it up and running. They did not have this model on display at Bed Bath & Beyond, so I did not quite have a chance to see this on display before buying. from Amazon.com this humidifier humidifies my bedroom quite well and it's very quiet. from Drugstore.com my bedroom tv screen must be cleaned each morning; it puts out more humidity than all others. from Drugstore.com 600 square feet seems a stretch for capacity, but for a smaller bedroom nothing beats it. from Drugstore.com because i need this in my bedroom, i actually needed one that didn't sound like an earthquake all night. from Drugstore.com i hope i'm wrong because it's an invaluable aid to a full night's sleep. from Amazon.com the bottom line: i would recommend this machine if it suits your needs, it might not be ideal for the bedroom as it makes some noise on the higher fan setting. from Shopping.com
