My parents got me one of these units for Christmas, since I have asthma and allergies and so had asked for an air purifier. My first impression was it looks small and cheap; therefore, I am quite surprised researching now to discover it to be the price that it is. from Amazon.com I would not recommend buying this piece of junk to anyone. I received one as a give about 2 years back and it worked for all of maybe a month. from Amazon.com It helped with the amount of dust in my room.
