I paid Sears do the installation and the day prior to the install, I was informed the cost would be an additional $60 on top of the $120 I was already charged.

turns out it wasn't really available after all (fairly typical for sears), but i got it a week later.i needed a window extension kit for one of my casement windows.

After reading the reviews, I bought this unit, before installing I set it on the garage floor for testing, this unit was making all kinds of noise I found a broken fan blade, exchange unit at sears.

So, I called Sears to have an installer come out, they put a $109 charge on my card and gave me a number to call.

the manual at lg's site actually gives you the sears manual.overall, i think for a small apartment, or if you want a nice looking ac, this is probably the best unit available at this time.
