It is still under warranty so im going to return it; but its pain as i had shipped to me and it weighs more than 70 pounds. I will try and post back here in 6 months or so to let everyone know "if" the second one is still working. Also, as i indicated in my previous review of another product, i dont think any of the portable air conditioners really meet there btu rating...add at least 50% "or more" btu for the area you need unless you are buying a dual hose product(i have not bought dual hose products and am relying on other comments on the web when referring to dual hose performance). This air conditioner did cool a lot better than my previous one; but it is not equivalent to a 12000 btu window unit. from Amazon.com
