This AC has been the perfect solution to needing to only cool one room in our house during the hottest days of the year. I was thinking about buying the 12,000 armcor btu model after my experience, but when i look at pictures as well as amperage ratings of each model; they seem both identical as far as power requirements and look- i really wonder if there the same model part wise accept for the "model number"; but dont know for sure. from Amazon.com Purchased this for a small bedroom (~ 100 sqft).
