Pros: The unit leaked when it arrived. However, between Newegg and Sunpentown, we had another unit overnighted to us (even though the shipping must have been $xxx or so) which worked perfecly. This unit is powerful, lovely and you can't possibly buy it from a better place. from Newegg.com I'm an air conditioning contractor and purchased this item to cool my insulated garage.
