Unit came with defective hairline crack in water reservoir. Ruined $400 area rug and wood floors underneath it on the first day of use. from Amazon.com this is a great product. We have it in my sons room which is the room over the garage and being the furthest room from out upstairs unit this portable unit does the trick!! I would totally recommend this product. from Amazon.com cost about the same as a window unit but much more convinient, cools/warms our master bedroom (approx 600 sqf very quickly from Amazon.com So I looked around locally before ordering such a heavy device online, but it was cheaper with free shipping so how couldn't I buy it? I was a bit worried when it came, because the box was so big, but its mostly padding, the unit is very respectably sized, and while it has some weight to it, the wheels make it super easy to move around. from Amazon.com this is a great product.
