PROS: * This is a 10,000 BTU with a 10.8 EER rating. * Cools a large area quickly. from Amazon.com Pros: Installation is easy and the parts for it are better than most, comes with foam for the outside edges. Cools very well, will freeze you out of the room if set lower than 70. for a cheap window unit that cools great this is the one. Directionality on the vent acually works. from Newegg.com Makes strange noises. Cheap construction. I have never been so dissappointed with a product from a reputable manufacturer such as SHARP.
