I have purchase over 20 of these Haier Air/Heat Combo and have had no problems. from Walmart.com The 2nd and 3rd nights, the product did not heat at all. I am very disappointed with the product and will be returning. This was my first Haier product and it will be the last. from Walmart.com This is the second Haier a/c-heater I own, I use the huge 24,000 Haier BTU unit to heat and cool my living room and this unit to heat and cool my master bedroom.
