I have a double hose unit so this product is a big comedown from mine. This single hose unit will turn itself off within a few hours in summer weather due to a full condensate tank. Mine did too until Fujitronic added a condensate pump to pump the water out the window. I was pleased until the sump pump died and condensate covered the floor with water, probably two gallons soaked onto our expensive carpet. from Amazon.com This cooler does not have a pump.
