I had been looking for a portable air conditioner for quite some time do to the fact that window air conditioners are so tacky and noisy for my neighbore so i was on the hunt looking for a portable a/c since her windows were right there and I had no otherwindows to put a window unit in. So my friend told me about hers she had which is this exact one. from Circuitcity.com nice portable air conditioner. Circuit City sold it at a competitive price for a 12,000 BTU...except for the erratic LCD screen, it does its job well... I don't have to drain it that often too from Circuitcity.com It was fairly straightforward to setup though the manual is not very helpful. Upon plugging it in the unit would not power on. I tried different outlets and pressing allthe buttons but nothing would come up on the LCD display. I immediately called Amcor. from Circuitcity.com When I moved into my apartment I found out after signing the lease that we're not allowed to have your traditional Window A/C units which i was very upset about.
