Macfarlane Toys started putting these figures out a few years ago, and continually improve the quality in my opinion. I still remember the first set, which were not licensed by MLB. The Mark McGwire figure was amazingly perfect in depicting his swing, but the Sammy Sosa figure was a bit less impressive.

This figure captures AMAZING quality of detail: the face even looks exactly like Sammy Sosa.
